  2. Even if they go to court. I am very sure that Weini’s mum wouldn’t get him. She left him years ago. Didn’t take care of him. Even though she left him for her personal reasons, the court wouldn’t care much. He took care of him for so long. Why the hell does she think that she can get him back. Lol. Silly people are silly.

  4. 哈哈哈, 可以用穿得『隆重』來形容明玉XD 總經理你也太可愛了吧? 明明就色色的哈哈哈! 難怪愛家吃醋啦~~ 這一集裡面只有仲祈才能讓我笑… 那個丁雪翎也太討厭了吧? 沒想過采潔這麼幫她她居然得寸進尺, 對, 妳是維尼的媽媽, 可是妳為他付出過什麼呢? 才來幾天就說這些話, 說來說去都是說親子日, 你又只不過是參加過一次而已呀… 有必要那麼囂張嗎=.=

  11. Family oriented drama at it’s best.

    I cried buckets at Alan & Nainai’s moment. Truly emotionally charged scene. I have this premonition that Nainai’s is going to be the heroine of this show. She might just be the one who’ could haul the family together and wow, what one big family would it be. High ^5 Jtlt! I agree that Alan’s acting ‘was superb. I hope he’ll receive some accolades.
    Kind of worried with the development of Zhongqi & Ai-Jia. I know that Ai-Jia is constantly rejecting him but I can’t help feeling that the pair are losing some bits of chemistry between them. Particularly unnerve at Zhongqi’s googly eyes on Mingyu. Looking at her is fine but I’m not fine with the ‘long’ look. There’s also a hint of smile in Zhongqi. Doesn’t quite justify that he only have Ai-Jia’s in his heart. 

    Quite taken aback by Xueling’s 180 degree change in attitude. I hope they don’t spend to much episodes resolving Alan & Xueling’s parental feud. Sorry, I’m Ai-Jia’s hardcore fan. I want to see more of her & Zhongqi. Heh. :p Seems like Zhongqi is running out of ideas.. hope not. I’m cracking my brain on what else could he devise next. 

    Oh yeah. I’d like to take this opportunity to thanks the commenters who provide some form of help to people like me who are non-native chinese speakers. Without you all, I wouldn’t be able to comprehend this drama fully. Thank you.

  14. Interesting episode. With less than 20 eps to go (19, to be exact), I  found out that the main story arch in at least the next 10 will be xue ling’s and alan’s arch. The transformation of xue ling’s character was crazily dramatic. I didn’t like that she changed from being apologetic to being indignant at the drop of a hat. She’s really the resident B***h, even worse than Mingyu! How can she even think that she deserves to be part of Winnie’s life after what she had done? Even if she had a valid reason for running away, I think it’s inexcusable that she abandoned her son WITHOUT A WORD. In a way, I think Cai Jie contributed to giving xue ling the idea that she was entitled to her parental rights.

    The writers needed to prolong the show, I suppose. Cos we haven’t seen the last of the Ai Jia- Zhongqi romance! The poor boy looked so bewildered today when Ai Jia flared up at him, and looked almost shell-shocked and puzzled when Mingyu paraded around in her corset-like undergarments. Super disturbing. I don’t know which was more disturbing – the fact that Mingyu was wearing underwear in the office, or that Zhongqi was half leering at the adoptive sister her grew up with. 

    In the last 10 eps we saw 2 declarations of love. Zhongqi’s, and Mingyu’s. We saw Ai Jia’s rejections of Zhongqi and the mixed feelings she gave him. We saw one back-hug from Zhongqi. And we saw a real kiss between our OTP, and 2 near-kisses. We were treated to many indicators that Ai Jia and Zhongqi are both physically and emotionally close. But I am enjoying this process, we all know that the ending will be that Ai Ji accepts Zhongqi, but the fun part is what the tipping point will be. I speculate that it will be a near-death experience by Zhongqi, but we’ll see. I like this drama’s treatment of the Zhongqi – Ai Jia romance. It shows us that in the real world, some people have so many obstacles just to get together (one being parental objections) and it reminds me that people having mutual feelings for each other is just such a blessed thing. 

    Thumbs up for the last 10 episodes. They were sufficiently heavy and also lighthearted in the right parts. Also very dramatic and entertaining. I only shudder to think how the next 19 episodes will be. Hope they don’t centre too much on xueling and come back to the main romance at hand.

  19. 我不知道怎样形容丁雪翎这个人，她好卑鄙哦，对采潔说:维尼只有一个妈妈，那就是我，丁雪翎!你算什么，只不过是一个抛弃儿子，然后想回来拿儿子回的不配当妈妈的妈妈嘛。明玉让我感到目瞪口呆耶(想吐)。

  27. 結果亞倫跟采潔那一大段戲唯一的亮點是奶奶 *0* 貼心、善良又看透人心的奶奶，比「帥男」「美女」搶戲更多!

  31. 好煩呀爭兒子戲碼
    只有19集我只想看愛家和仲祈!!!!
    采潔做了61集還是令人討厭不值得人同情…結果令觀眾完全不想看那條故事線
    這演員怎麼搞的!!!
