Stop pressurising your sons O_O she’s got a perfectly capable daughter who’s playing second fiddle to a layabout son! Talk about the dark ages.   17. zhang han’s english makes him sound SOOO SMEXY!!! :DDDD oh, I love him so much!!! hopefully he’ll continue to act in more future dramas!! 🙂

    oh, and i also loveee the cast for this drama! this drama has everything a drama needs to have and yet it’s so much shorter than other korean, chinese, and taiwanese dramas. Not draggy, but short, and simple to the point. But i still hope that there will be more of shao jie and Tom’s scenes <3 LOVE THIS DRAMAAAA (: Thanks for uploading!! 😀 <3

    • i am glad JIRO WANG has finished his before he got NOTICED so we won;t expect any LONG LEAVE/ABSENCE unless he got sick .

    • Actually he’s still doing his military service now. It’ll probably be at least a year or two before Any new projects

  26. This ep is so depressing. Why did Gao Zi Qi have to go and ruin everything. Cheating bastard should just go back to that crazy BJQ and leave Xiao Jie alone. 🙁

  28. this is the series where the scenes of both the lead actor and the supporting actor are almost equal.
    i can’t comprehend why tang jun made a turn-about attitude. he knew that she loved her fiance ( that was why she agreed to marry him) and he had a carefree attitude of his “secret” love towards xiao jie. he never shed tears of hopelessness when the engagement was announced but he cried when he saw them together at the london house doorsteps. then, his attitude towards xiaojie changed from ARDENT to COLD! he doesn’t seem to be like the old Tang Jun before.

    • What I’m thinking is that perhaps Tang Jun feel a sense of betrayal from Xiao Jie when she seemingly decides to go back to that cheating bastard again. After Xiao Jie’s initial breakup with  Zi Qi, Tang Jun thought it was really over between those two.

      • but they are not still ON as a couple. he has not declared that he loved her and she has not
        accepted him yet at this point. she considers him a good friend, not  a boyfriend. so, she did not betray tang jun at all. if tang jun was depicted since the first screening as more serious and not laidback in pursuing xiaojie, i might understand his being so EMOTIONAL when he saw them together, thinking that they had reconciled.

        • I’m not good with wordings, but I don’t totally mean that sense of “betrayal”…I think Asd got the point that I was trying to get across actually, & explained it much better than me =P

          That aside, I don’t think that not tang jun as this or that since the first screening is the problem. I think the problem is that the show somehow rushed a bit on this particular aspect of storytelling. I think since the beginning, the show is trying to build a whole history between the two main characters, but the timing seemed a bit off…I don’t really know how to explain it, but hopefully when I do, I’ll get back to you. 

          Now, just chill and enjoy the show ^^

    • i feel that tangjun held too much hope after godfrey and joe’s breakup, sooooo… the more hope you have, the more disappointment…

    • because the channel has to give way to CHinese Bridge competition( foreigners competing for mandarin proficiency) on thursday and other long-staying favorite local entertainment shows on fridays and saturdays. these shows have fixed time slots in hunantv channel.
