Poor Shu Hao Su, as a soldier, he preaches courage and determination. As a father, he is a coward. It pains to the core to hurt Ai Jia by telling her she’s not good enough for ZQ and therefore should give up her love for him. But he is so afraid that if AJ steps deeper in, the more she will be hurt eventually. I so feel for him.

ZQ needs to persevere, and be very-very assertive if he hopes to convince Shu Hao Su that he will stay true to AJ through it all.

I can understand Zheng Ba’s reaction, he is also heart broken when he said those words to Ai Jia. Every word about Zhong zi’s attitude in the past,reflects very well of Zhong Zi’s personality and tendency of giving in, even today… when quin ma was forcing him and Ming Yu together , He still chooses to avoid the problem by not speaking up.
