I agree with the comment from yesterday that Zi-Xuan’s father is a cheater (regardless who is the first love), and he did betray his master (regardless what happened after that). However, I think Zi Xuan is not very mature, he thinks about himself first. The things his sister said to him are so true.
i guess what he said is true. what is grandma never forgives his father then what will he and ya zhen do? never get married? i think he is just afraid for his future with ya zhen..
I think you also have to remember his dad wasn’t a great role model to him, I agree with what grandma said that the dad’s more worried about his restaurant than about his son, dad didn’t care much about him when he was little and now its going to be difficult to enjoy the future life..now that the secrets are out.
I think he appears to be selfish because dad made his childhood miserable. Its not hard to understand that he too wants a happy life and someone who will be there for him now and for the future. (My thoughts) 🙂
