This story progress to Yi Wan is the pretend girlfriend in front of Xio Fei mum and Xio Fei is the pretend boyfriend to Yi Wan family. Until Xio Fei finally know how he feels about Yi Wan.

Its great that we get to see more yi wan and xiao fei scenes..but how can anyone not notice 瘋狗欽 hiding by the shoe closet? The picture scene is always funny.. Two cameras and he’s not even looking in the lens.. I couldnt stop laughing. . he is what makes serious xiao fei have more of a loving, sweet side to him.. I hope we get to see more hilarious/funny scenes!

Of all the dramas I’ve seen Lei Ma Ma is the most annoying mother. I’ll leave out those mothers who would actually hurt their own children or children’s boy/her friends because those are outright bad mothers. But of all the “good” mothers, Lei Ma Ma is the most annoying. She obviously favors the eldest daughter and is not ashamed of showing it. She treats YW poorly making her feel not as valued as her sisters. Instead of complaining about YW not being as smart as her sisters, Lei Ma Ma should praise YW for her caring and empathetic personality. No two children are alike even from the same parents. They all have their own strengths and weaknesses. Parents should praise each child for their strengths while encouraging them to work on their weaknesses. Instead, Lei Ma Ma and Qing Qing picks on YW’s strength as a weaknesses and drill down on her not being as smart. No wonder YW lacks self confidence. It’s a good thing that XF sees YW’s goodness.
Lei Ma Ma is also extremely meddling not giving enough space for her adult daughters. I’d like to know if the financial upkeep of the family is actually paid for by the 2nd and 3rd daughters since the father seems to only invest in bad business schemes. So why does the mom always tell the 3rd daughter not to work so hard. Maybe she needs to work that hard in order to support the family. Also, what kind of moms would get upset when her daughter who is a kindergarten teacher does not answer her calls while working? This says that Lei Ma Ma calls YW often while she’s working. That should not be allowed. Lei Ma Ma talks as if jobs are easy to come by. She’s not that old so why does the writers make her out to be someone who knows nothing of the world at large? Doesn’t she ever read a newspaper or even watch the news? I’m sure she can glean the state of the economy even from her daily shopping.
Lei Ma Ma is written out to be a person who has no life of her own so she meddles into her kids business. She finds value in herself only when she’s mothering or should I say “smothering” her family members. Worst of all is that she’s not rational. How can she insist on having XF and QL home for dinner. What if those guys don’t want to come and that would not be the daughters’ faults. She’s not gracious at all by forcing others to accept her goodwill. That is being self-centered. My conclusion is that it’s the writers’ fault for writing a caricature of a character. Lei Ma Ma is unabashed in her favoritism, only knows how to tear down a child and not build up, meddling, unsophisticated about the world, self-centered, and not gracious. The writers have made her out to be the worst kind of stay home mom. Too overbearing and very hard to watch. She’s not a likable character.
Thank goodness for YW and XF. They make this drama fun to watch.
I hv to agree with u. However, many Asian family do view “smart” as the strength. The rest is not, unfortunately. I dislike the mum too. Very insensitive and annoying.
I agree with you. The mum doesn’t has a very healthy relationship with her daughters, overly concern and paranoid at times. But I think that’s how some mothers show their love to the children. It’s nice to note that her daughters understand it and came to accept and love their mother despite her flaws.

i think everyone knows of yi wan and xiao fei’s feelings for each other only they themselves don’t know! (or more of xiao fei dunno. hahaha!)
but i believe that even thou xiao fei thinks he cares so much and likes yi wan so much because he treats her as a sister, i believe he will gradually realize that it’s not the case! though i wan to see them develop somehow, but yea as someone mentioned, cant move too fast or the drama won’t show much of them! (thou they can totally start dating get married have kids blah blah HAHAHA)

hes never had a girlfriend before, its quite clear he doesnt know hes actually hurting yw. if hes only flirting then it would be obvious, but he truly cares abt her, u can see it from his efforts to find out whats wrong when yi wan is sad and cried bcuz of him.
Everyone is shipping yi wan and Xiao fei! On a side note, Xiao xing xing is such a charming boy, love his eyes!

Seriously xiao fei n yiwan is my favorite couple. I actually hope they progress slower or else, the next 70 episodes focus will not be on them anymore. Cos there’s like 3 other couples stories..

OMG … Xiaofei wanted Yiwan to be treated as a sister?? Oh, that upsets Yiwan in her heart even more I think!
Xiao Fei shared that he had a twin sister (deseased), so most probably Yiwan now understands why he is so nice to her. She is a very kind and forgiving person and she hopefully will be able to balance her emotions when dealing with Xiao Fei.
Their mothers are the ones who will be unwittingly pressuring for more developments. That spice it for us. Can wait for Du mama to return! (hehe)
Feels like the story is gonna progress that way, YI Wan will continue to help Xiao Fei and His mum. Yi Wan being the sweet and kind person will just burried her feelings and hopefully this time won’t get hurt again. Take care the lovely Yi Wan princess.
