They pretty much completed every relationship but the ending seemed off. They could have done a better job with her getting her memory back, at least that’s what I think.

I agree with most of the opinions posted that this was rush ending. I may wrong but I thought this drama was to be 75 episodes. If that was not the case then they had ample enough time to put together a more solid ending since the whole theme of the series was about family and the bond which connects them through various obstacles.
Initially i remembered seeing as 80 episodes then 75 episodes then 71 episodes then 72 as final. I hope the Part 2 will be in the making to make every pair complete and maybe LQ with …
The ending of the story they just make ot short and lack of time instead man an just remember all right away and did not see man wus baby

ML picked SD, yay! My 3 favourite characters ended happy – MW/XR, ML/SD and XX with that toothy doctor.
The ending could have been much better. It was so rushed. The directors should have made all the characters come together in like say a family gathering with all the various couples – SD back from Japan with ML, XX with that doctor, MA and YJ with child, also MW and XR with child, Ying Qiang with girlfriend etc It would give a very conclusive endings to the various stories that have spanned more that 70 episodes. Like a grand finale!!!
MA, you need to hold YJ’s waist then it is more loving…The way it ended, it has the possibility of a part 2 in the making.
If you look closely she was about to then stop. So it is possible that in this take should was instructed not to do so and during editing this was clip they chose.
yes i thought her hand was raised up..they are short change MA’s character and the love chemistry. Anyway I hope there will be Part 2 with MA’s memory back. both MA and YJ will go a long way and have stayed true to each other.

Yeah I think she does recall her past in the very end. She use to call Ying Jie Brother Ying Jie before she lost her memory and at the very end, that’s when she remembers him/ everything. Kinda rushed and weird ending, but okay.

Omg this last episode sucks!!! ML didnt get with LQ. They never even show how do they go about with long distance relationship. MA just recall everything like that? 72episodes for this….
Oh wow .. the surprise that I was not expecting which the director saved to the last!! ML decided to go with SD!!! I do feel for LQ though .. he is a nice guy but maybe too nice and had to give up ML in the end.
