I disagree with you….. I like the way she is. Sincere and loving.
Bu Fan needs someone like this to help him come out from his past.
Just to add this was a nice twist, quite the opposite of the heroic 英雄救美 I had imagined. Not a hint, was nicely kept under wraps. And extremely satisfying outcome too. Haha so much to say cos I like this episode too much. Wonder what lies ahead next.. Anticipating!! To George Hu, 袁艾菲 and the whole team：加油, go go go！

Bu Fan realizing he likes ManMan is one thing, Man Man can feel is another thing. I suppose he had rejected ManMan several times specially there was one time he told her “let me like you” and took it back the next day. She was crossed with him. Also, while she was lost in the forest, she didn’t have much confident if BuFan will come to the rescue. She is probably immune to BuFan not thinking much of her. Poor ManMan.
So, Bu Fan you have to give her a big “I love you” i order for her to know it is real
Agree. She’ll surely see him as being nice to her as a friend as what he always emphasised. She’s rather dense sometimes, such as she didn’t realise she was the one who caused him to lose 2kg! She’s so nice to him herself without expecting anything in return. Really, she’s nice to everyone, just extra for Bu Gan because she sees his vulnerabilities.

For a person who finds it so hard to say sorry even for incident after incident that he was rude to her, and only able to say sorry in secret/sleep to his parents for life-traumatising event – and not directly to them – , I really wonder if he can say I love you. Remember how he said “please will you let me like you” as in can you be someone I can like. Well, we can only hope that Man Man will inspire in ways unimaginable. Mmmm maybe he needs some competition to wake him up! Man Man is a really genuine, hardworking and caring girl.. despite her sometimes foolish/dense ways.
I think this is my fav episode too date!! Our OTP had so much screen time and Bu Fan finally opened his heart to Man Man and told her what happened to his mother. Aww what a tortured soul he should stop blaming himself it wasn’t his fault, any kid would be attached to their mother and I’m sure his father and Guan Yu don’t blame him either! I love how gentle Man Man spoke to Bu Fan and how he let her comfort him! Their relationship is definitely progressing and I can’t wait to see them get together!! (ALSO STILL REALLY MISS SHI BO HAI)
the text that man man type to bu fan are so funny!! man man description of where she got lost where i think if i got lost, i guess i will say the same too! but thankful that there’s signal at some of the areas! ^^ the posture that man man gave bu fan think of what happen to his mum.. >< but glad that he has shared it to man man.. next episode is where bu fan somehow realize that he has feelings for man man (: looking forward! ^^
I love this episode!
Bu Fan grumbles but he looked happy that Man Man wanted to give him a surprise and was so annoyed that she didn’t reply when he enquired more about it. He missed her not coming into the office, and was smiling when he answered her call.
Bu Fan was totally freaked out when he saw Man Man lying “dead”. He thought he “killed” another person. After all she was in the forest to help him. This incident forced him to pour out all his hurt and fears. So glad to see Man Man giving him comfort in a mirror of his earlier comfort for her. And he let her. I think he needed it way more, 25 years of buried pain!
The effect is immediate. Haha.. He’s smiling more at Man Man, that slight smile of his. And accepted his bro’s hug. Wonder what makes him realise his feelings for Man Man next week. Yay, this finally can happen after he opened his heart to her and let out the years of guilt. I guess next will be his self denial period.
4 hours probably included extended comforting and icing to remove swollen eyes.. Hee.
George Hu is emoting well. Really can see his effort. Must be tough for all filming this forest/rain scene.
Poor Bu Fan carried so much guilt,hurt since he was so young. Good job ManMan for helping him to come out from the darkness. Give BuFan shoulder to lean on, warm hand, listening to his cry,helping him to see his family do not blame him but love him dearly.
I can’t help but started having giggles since Bu Fan text ManMan to find out what sort of surprise ManMan wanted to give him and she didn’t reply. He was interested to find out what ManMan has installed for him, but no reply ha ha ha.
ManMan with the fishing landing net and climbing the hill + trying to find her way to catch the fish was really funny. I really enjoyed that part. I like her so much. She has the “just do it” character 傻大姐 yet feel with so much love in her to help her friend -BuFan.
When Bu Fan ask her to give him some indications where she was, she said there were lots of big trees and bamboo. I can’t believe she actually said that. That is what most of the forest has ha ha ha ha . I really like this part (having to say that, we do that too ha ha ha ha)
So good to see Bu Fan can release all his burden in one go, Good job ManMan. When Bu Fan is ready, hopefully Bu Fan can talk to his dad and brother 🙂
Now we finally know about Bu Fan’s past and why he keeps blaming
himself for his mum’s demise – it really is unfortunate that she died
trying to protect him from getting harmed. But I believe it’s a mother’s
instinct to protect her child during situations like these, any other
mother would do the same for their child; I would think that Bu Fan’s
mum will still react in the same manner if Guan Yu was in the same
plight. This tragic accident must have been really hard for Bu Fan to
have to bear especially as a young child, I’m glad that he finally
shared the story with Man Man!
I am happy that Bu Fan and
Man Man’s relationship is progressing forward by leaps and bounds, and
that the first person Man Man thought of calling for help was him! Even
though Bu Fan always grumbles that Man Man creates a lot of problems for
him, he still goes to her aid anyway. Also, in a nice reflection of an
earlier scene wherein Bu Fan comforted Man Man in the stairways over her
mum, it became her turn to comfort him and offer a shoulder for him to
cry on. Judging from the preview, it seems Bu Fan *finally* starts to
come to terms with his feelings towards Man Man ^^ Am I hoping for too
much if I ask for a real confession to come soon? I really hope they can
get together asap!!!
