A child forsaken by his mother and now becomes a grown man still pining for her love? This says a lot about Xiao Jie’s character, I think the writers need to make him more MAN. It does not augur well if he’s portrayed as an emotional whim especially where his mother is concerned.
And Wei Lan’s evil scheme is about to be launched? Not sure if she did have a child with Xiao Jie but at this moment, I feel the basis of her revenge is so shallow.
Upto now, Xiang Lei is the best of the lot and we have Mu Kua Ling providing us with the needed slapstick humour. Hopefully, Xiang Lei will start pursuing Shu Qi, that should give us some fun and wring out more jealousy emo from Xiao Jie.
