  1. I think a lot of ppl might be angry with me when i say this.

    AnQi and QL – to me just doesn’t match. AnQi just too mature for QL… I may like the storyline, but can’t help but notice they don’t match.

  2. It was great seeing Li Mama be so accepting and understanding of AQ 🙂 Hopefully she will be just as accepting to XF, haha!
    And the way she reacted to the xiao san in AQ’s marriage, uh oh for QQ if she decides to jump into the relationship with her boss.

      • It agree but it’s kind of a nice reality check for the mom to see what the problem is.. There is a reason why everyone is like walking on thin ice around her and hopefully after this she is more aware of how much the family cares for her feelings and in a way scared to tell her things…

  5. i didnt expect the whole scene is just….. the bus stop… and… for at least 20mins. and when it start to show the preview, i was like, wat?? tats all for today? O.O this shows how engross i was. i tear bcos i am some wat like an qing, keepin my wei qu to myself.. oh well…… anyway yi wan, though tryin not to leak or say things tats not helpin… pls try harder… i like qi le’s blunt and straight, confessin again even at tat scenario.. and words just simply came out from him just like tat..

    gladly li ma ma reacted like tat and expected. some how maybe its an qing tats why she didnt have to yell at her. i do believe the moment she heard divorce, her mind went blank and froze.

    • Likewise, I too could not believed such an important event is filmed at a bus stop (of all places)!!

      And actually YW’s naive (or immaturity) is starting to get on my nerves. Although she is being consistent with her character, I find that it has outgrown its cuteness. I want to see some growth in her character, so that she can make intelligent decisions on her own.
      Come on, scriptwriter/director, make her change than her current 12 years old mentality!,

      Even XX, the loose canon of the family is showing so much more maturity.

    • Agreed, finally we get to see Li mama’s caring side! Hugs, encouragement from Li mama would hopefully be the norm moving forward.
      IMO, the emotional exchanges between mom/daughter would be better in a more conducive evnvironment, perhaps a recreational park (privacy, peaceful) rather than a bus stop. Sorry, just nit picking on my part.

      • Yes! Agreed! We finally get to see a different side to Li Mama….guess the writers/ producers must have heard our ‘cries’ to see a different Li Mama.

        The whole confession scene was really touching…made me tear up as I watched. Hopefully we will continue to see this caring, softer side of Li Mama for a longer time.

    • Yes, this episode made me cry. Especially when AQ was pouring her heart out and explaining everything to Mom. I don’t know how AQ dealt with her divorce and being a single mother, but she is one strong lady!

      Although, because AQ is mom’s favorite and most proudest daughter,it seemed that Li Mama accepted it much quicker than with the YW situation. I really don’t like that its kinda of biased.

      I know we are trying to pack so much into the episode but i’m wondering maybe they are trying to drag out the episodes for XF/YW (because of fan popularity=more scenes) and tie up AQ/QL’s story sweetly and happily. While QQ’s story, well I don’t know how many people will be watching to see how it plays out. There’s only so much they can do, now that we are getting close to 50. I hope we get more funny XX though. Her and Dad were hilarious again today.. Talking for YW. LOL

      • Agreed Li ma glaringly biased, especially towards YW. All because YW is naive, weak and connect fend for herself, so needs lots of TLC from the family.

        IMO, the more they try to protect her, they are not encouring her to grow and develop her survival skills. Actually her innocence, insensitive of feelings of others, cannot think and act on her feet is starting to make her look s****d and s****y.

        For goodness, pls make her character grow so that she is worthy of XF. Professionally, he is lawyer, he needs a life partner who is independent, mature and not some one who is going to be forever clingy! There, I have said my two cents opinion.

        • I don’t have anything against YW’s character. I think she’s cute, at times Yes, naive but clingy? I don’t think really thinks so.

          And XF wants to be the man to protect her, well I don’t have any problems with that! I’d like someone like that to be smiling at me, protecting me and make sure i’m ok!. (And I’m sure many of you agree with me! YUP.) >_<

          • I agree! YW is just naive, but clingy? I don’t think so. If you recall her talk with Li Mama, she knows her weakness & admits that she can’t depend on others to rescue her forever.

            As for wanting a guy like XF looking, smiling & protecting me…..IMO, that’s a nice dream, just not quite possible in real life

  7. An AnQing-focus episode, and it’s really touching when she finally confessed to LiMaMa abt her divorce. And as expected, LiMaMa is more upset abt her daughter being afraid to confess to her, rather then the failed marriage itself…

    You can tell that the producers tried to squeeze in a little QQ and her boss lol~
