Yea. The plot is not going where I want it to. Without the time travel element. The plot is just messy. And is it from the same writer?
All you need to do is to watch the Sohu （搜狐） version of this show？It’s the only truly uncut version. It contains the time travel elements, especially in the first two episodes. At the beginning, I watched the other version (浙江衛視, 樂視 and 騰訊 are all the same version), because it had been cut and edited in the way to meet Chinese government’s no time travelI element policy, it would make a lot of people confused. But, after I found the Sohu version, it has scenes from 步步驚心 and uncut, unedited but critical conversations, the sequences of the scenes of first episode is different too, it becomes such an attractive show. Hope, you’ll find the same enjoyment as I do.
