故事描述喬佳恩與邢少天的愛情。一開始少天以天才甜點師傅的身份回國，並在機場出境大廳與佳恩相遇，不過因為佳恩的頭髮卡住他的手錶，兩人互看不順眼。他在舉辦甜點活動時，卻突然昏倒送醫急救。而另一邊準備回國的佳恩，離開大廳後，找到來接機的男友修凱丶狗狗吉米丶死黨艾莉及小飛，回到父母的定情樹，取回信物，回家時，小飛被高利貸集團追債，四人都發生車禍受傷，可修凱死了，並且把心臟捐贈給需要急救的邢少天，而佳恩也因此失去記憶，兩人的愛情就此展開。

I love ❤️ watching this drama. It is great to see all the great artistes in this drama. I love the main actress – she is a great actress. It has a while since she lasted acted. Can’t remember the name of her last drama. I believe she and the main actor of the last drama go together in real life.
