No, rewatch the end of Part 3 to the beginning of Part 4. Xiang En drives the car w/ Ai Ya inside…and in the next part he pulls to a stop in front of the clothing store. The car completely changed between shots from an E-Class coupe to a C-Class sedan.
Xiang En switches cars with his secretary after he buys Ai Ya clothing from the store.
