Why she admit to murder when it was it was P that started the fight .. it should be “self defence” .. what kind of law is that??? it was either she dies or he dies!!
self defense is only when the person that killed the person, did it when he or she was defending their life from immediate danger. she was not in any imminent danger, and she was the one who had him in a choke hold. at best, this is a non-premeditated homicide.
